Opening an Individual Establishment

This service allows you to submit a request to open an individual establishment through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1.    Fill out the License Application Form at the Department of Economic Developmentin Ras Al Khaimah
2.    Submit all the required documents
3.    Pay the fee
4.    Collect the License 

Required Documents

     ✓ Copy of the Applicant’s Passport 
     ✓ Copy of the Applicant’s Emirates ID 
     ✓ Copy of the General Manager’s Passport and ID card (if any) 
     ✓ Academic Certificates and previous practical experience of the License holder or General Manager (if activities require this)
     ✓ Approval from other Governmental bodies according to the activity
     ✓ Original Rent Contract certified by the Municipality and a Copy of Property Ownership after approval from the Inspection Division at the Department of Economic Development regarding the site
