Opening an Agent Services Establishment

This service allows you to submit a request to open an Agent Services Establishment (Professional/Commercial) through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1.    Fill out the License Application Form at the Department of Economic Developmentin Ras Al Khaimah
2.    Submit all the required documents
3.    Pay the fee
4.    Collect the License 

Required Documents
    ✓ Copy of the Applicant’s Passport showing residency and visa details
    ✓ No Objection letter from the license holder’s sponsor certified by the Chamber of Commerce (if needed)
    ✓ Copy of the Citizen’s Passport (service agent), family book and ID card
    ✓ Approval of activities in line with the service agent
    ✓ Approval from other Governmental bodies according to the activity
    ✓ Original Rent Contract certified by the Municipality and a Copy of Property Ownership after approval from the Inspection Division at the Department of Economic Development regarding the site
    ✓ Certification of the Service Agent Contract by the Notary Public present at the Department of Economic Development
