services in Ras Al Khaimah Customs Department October 11,2018

Ras Al Khaimah Customs Department in cooperation with the Electronic Government Authority launched 14 new e-services related to exemptions, brand registration and de-registration, etc. as part of the efforts to automate the services and transform them into smart electronic services.
The launch ceremony was held at Hilton Garden, and was attended by Eng. Ahmed Saeed Al Sayyah, General Manager of EGA; Aisha Al Shehhi, Deputy Director General of RAK Customs Department; and a number of officials and customers.
Eng. Al Sayyah stressed the importance of electronic transformation to promote the UAE’s competitiveness, as well as providing support to various sectors, and facilitate customer care. This in turn will help provide excellent services to individuals and companies.
Aisha Al Shehhi explained that these service are a part of the RAK Government direction to achieve smart transformation in all services provided to the customers
