Saud bin Saqr : Leading Model of Cohesion and Solidarity December 02,2018

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, affirmed that the progress and prosperity achieved in all sectors by the union of the seven Emirates proves the importance of this union as a role model in the region and the world as one of the most successful and stable examples.

Following is the text of the speech by His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah on occasion of the 47th National Day published by Nation Shield magazine: 
The UAE is a role model of cohesion and solidarity represented by the experience of the union, in its 47th anniversary. The union represents the main identity or our proud citizens, proud of being members of a strong union moving steadily towards a bright future.
The progress and prosperity in all sectorsthathas been achieved under the union of the seven Emirates proves its importance as a role model in the region and the world as one of the most successful and stable examples.
 
The UAE focused on human development, cemented by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his brothers, the founding fathers. The strategy was centered around the Emirati citizens as a foundation on and basis of all hopes and pioneering steps achieved by the UAE.
 
The government and people of the UAE are moving steadily to ensure its status as a developed country, by protecting our human, social, and economic resources, and diligently pursuing development and progress on all levels, and seeking more achievements
