This service enables the applicant to submit a Request for a Permit to Change the Consultant after providing the required documents.

Process Description 

     ✓ Submit all the required documents to Customer Service 
     ✓ The documents and application are forwarded to the licensing engineer for approval
     ✓ Then they are forwarded to customer service to be printed out and checked
     ✓ Then forwarded to the Head of Licensing Department for final approval
     ✓ Customer Service will issue the permit to the applicant upon fee payment

 

Note

If the plot isvacant and the License dates back more than three months, the applicantmust submit the following:
     ✓ Valid blueprint
     ✓ Skewer installation proof
     ✓ Proof that the site is not supplied with any services (Emirates Telecommunications Corporation)
     ✓ Proof that the site is not supplied with electricity and water utilities (if the License dates back more than six months)

Required Documents

     ✓ Plot documents (blueprint,ownership and map)
     ✓ Previous Building Permits (original)
     ✓ The Inspector’s Report of the building 
     ✓ Original Waiver from the previous consultant
     ✓ Professional License of the supervisory consultant
     ✓ Contractor’s Trade License of the 
     ✓ Supervision Contract
