This service enables the applicant to apply for a Permit to build a standing building on vacant land after providing the required documents.
Once completed, all the documents must be submitted to the Customer Service Centre to be verified.

✓ Sent to the Head of Licensing for final approval
✓ Referred to Customer Serviceto deliver the permit tothe applicant upon fee payment
✓ Plot documents (blueprint,ownership and map)

✓ Building Inspector’s Report
✓ Skewer installation proof and the report of Department of Planning and Survey (Regarding lands with no building permits or walls)
