This service enables the applicant to submit a request for a Permit to build on vacant land after submitting the required documents.

Process Description
Once completed, all the documents must be submitted to the Customer Service Centre to be verified.
     ✓ Referred to the Licensing engineer to be approved
     ✓ Referred to customer service to be printed and checked
     ✓ Sent to the Head of Licensingfor final approval
     ✓ Referred to customer service to deliver the
Permit to the applicant upon fee payment

Required Documents
     ✓ Plot documents (blueprint,ownership and map)
     ✓ Skewer installation proof
     ✓ The location shall be not supplied withutilities (Federal Electricity and Water Authority and of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation)
     ✓ Engineering examination report and site accreditation
     ✓ Professional license of the consultant
     ✓ Trade license of the contractor
     ✓ Building Contract and Supervision Contract
     ✓ Pledge to dispose the residue (issued by
the Department of Public Works)
     ✓ Pledge to install a project board
     ✓ Approved plans (architectural and constructional)
     ✓ Approved plans of Federal Electricity and Water Authority
     ✓ Approved plans of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation
     ✓ Approved plans of Sewerage authority - Civil Defense Department
     ✓ Planning requirements for commercial and residential commercial plots
     ✓ Approved plans from the Civil Defense Department
     ✓ Letter from theSheikh Zayed Housing Program (if the plot is dedicated to the use of the program)
     ✓ Mortgage Contract (if the program letter is a loan)
