This service enables the applicant to submit a request for preparing a report about a building status after providing the required documents.

Process Description 
     ✓ Through an appointment, an engineer is requested to inspect the building
     ✓ Referred to the Engineer in charge
     ✓ The engineer inspects the site and prepares a report regarding the building’s condition
     ✓ A technical report is prepared (to whom it may concern letter), in case the building is fit for habitation or in need of maintenance or demolition
     ✓ The report is submitted to Customer Service to be printed
     ✓ Referred to the Managing Director for final approval
     ✓ Delivered to the applicant customer upon fee payment

Required Documents
     ✓ A copy of building permits orownership and blueprint
