This service enables the applicant to submit a Request for Plan Approval after providing all the required documents.

Process Description  
Once completed, all the documents must be submitted to the Customer Service Centre to be reviewed.
     ✓ The documents are registered in the planning sheets and the engineering examination form will be prepared
     ✓ The documents are referred to the draftsmen to check the site, then submitted to the Customer Service Centre to record the date of submission
     ✓ The documents are then forwarded to the Architectural Department to be reviewed, and then to Customer Service to register the date of submission
     ✓ The documents are then referred to the Construction Department to be checked and then returned to Customer Service to register the date of its submission
     ✓ The Customer Service Centre follows up the planning procedure status
     ✓ In the case of the plannot being approved and instead being suspended, the applicantwill be duly informed 
Finally, the plan is submitted to the applicant

     ✓ An approved plan from the supervising consulting office
     ✓ Assignment Letter of the design from the consultant
     ✓ Professional License of the consulting office
     ✓ Plot documents (blueprint,ownership and map)
     ✓ CD
     ✓ Planning conditions (Regarding commercial or investment land)
