Home Student Registration Request
This service allows students to submit a request to register them as home-schooling students.
Required Documents
✓ Academic Certificates
✓ School Desertion Certificate (Original)
✓ Valid Passport Copy (for GCC citizens)
✓ Valid Passport and Residency Visa copies (for expatriates)
✓ Family Book and Passport copies (for UAE nationals)
✓ 4 recent photos
✓ Emirates ID
✓ NOC from employer
✓ Application Form filled out at the customer service centre
In addition to the abovementioned documents, students who gained certificates from outside the UAE must submit the following documents:
✓ A Success Certificate of the last academic year (it should be attested at the Adult Education Department in the regional offices)
✓ Original Success Certificates for Grade 9, 10 and 11 for students enrolled in Grade 12 (these must be certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country where the certificates are issued
✓ For certificates issued by the GCC for GCC citizens, these are to be attested by the Ministry of Education or the Educational Department of such countries only)
Process Description
✓ Fill out the home-studying registration request at the customer service centre
✓ Submit the required documents
✓ Receive an acceptance or rejection letter
✓ Pay the applicable fees and receive the receipt
Requirements and Conditions
✓ Students are only accepted from Grade 7 to 12
✓ Students must exceed the maximum age limit for admission in public education schools, according to the age's timetable issued by the Ministry at the beginning of each academic year
✓ Registration period changes on a yearly basis and it is announced at the end of each academic year
✓ UAE and GCC citizens wishing to improve their marks shall be admitted to Grade 12 provided that they have successfully passed this Grade in the UAE. It is sufficient to provide a certified copy of the Success Form or a Certified Score Statement
✓ Student coming from outside the UAE, who could not attain the equivalence of certificates and their attestations, may apply for a placement test at the Adult Education Department (from Grades One to Five) or the Exam Department (from Grades Six to Seven) and after passing the test, the student shall be registered

Study Discontinuation Certificate Accreditation Request
Through this service, students and their parents can apply to accredit a study discontinuation certificate issued by the relevant school that states that the student has abandoned the study.
Process Description
✓ Fill out the Application Form at the customer service centre
✓ Submit the required documents
✓ Pay the applicable fees at the customer service centre
✓ Receive the certificate from the customer service centre - Information Systems Department
Requirements and Conditions
✓ The requisite Study Discontinuation Certificate should be issued by the school that the student has enrolled in.

Student Transfer Certificate Issuance Request
Through this service, students and their parents can submit a request to obtain a Student Transfer Certificate.
Process Description
✓ Visit the school the student is enrolled in to get the Application Form for the same
✓ Fill out the Application Form with reference to the student’s record in school
✓ Receive the accredited Transfer Certificate
Requirements and Conditions
✓ If the parent wishes to receive the required certificate in English, he must visit the RAK Educational Zone to have it translated.

Good Conduct Certificate Request
Through this service, students and their parents can submit a request to obtain a certificate of the student’s conduct in school.
Process Description
✓ Submit the Application Form at the customer service centre
✓ Fill out the Application Form with reference to the student’s record in school
✓ Pay the applicable fees (e-dirham) at the customer service centre
✓ Receive the accredited certificate

Certificate Attestation Request
Through this service, students and their parents can validate the data and grades listed in the certificate issued by public schools.
Process Description
✓ Submit the certificate to be attested at the customer service centre of the RAK Educational Zone
✓ Pay the applicable fees (e-dirham or personal bank card) at the customer service centre
✓ Receive the accredited certificate at the customer service centre

Student Level Determination Request
This service allows a ‘citizen’ student or a student married to a ‘citizen’ with a non-accredited certificate within the UAE to submit a Level Determination Test (Placement Test) request – applicable for requests from Grade 4 to Grade 11.
Process Description
✓ Fill out the application form and submit the required documents
✓ Undergo an interview with the Coordinator of the Department of Examination and Assessment
✓ Receive the placement test certificate at the RAK Educational Zone - Department of Examination and Assessment
Requirements and Conditions
✓ The student must be a UAE national or married to a UAE national woman, with a non-accredited certificate within the UAE.

Success of the Academic Year Certificate Request
Through this service, students and their parents can submit a request to obtain a Certificate of Success for the relevant academic year.

Private Schools
Student Continuity Certificate Attestation Request
Through this service, students and their parents can request for the attestation of a certificate proving study continuity throughout the academic year.
Process Description
- Visit any of the customer service centres and provide the student's information (name, grade, school and academic year)
- Submit the Study Continuity Certificate which is provided by the relevant school
- Pay the applicable fees (through e-dirham or Bank card) at the customer service centre
- Receive the attested certificate from the customer service centre

Through this service, parents of students and students who have left private schools can submit a request to accredit a School Leaving Certificate specifying the exact date of leaving.

Private School Transfer RequestThis service allows private school students and their parents to apply for a transfer from one private school to another.
