License Cancellation

This service allows you to submit a request to cancel the license (all types all licenses) through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1. Fill out the application form at the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah
2. Submit the required documents
3. Pay the fee

Requirements and Conditions 
     ✓ An announcement should be published in one of the official newspapers for a period of one week (in the case of individual enterprises), and the Declaration of the Partnership Dissolution for a period of two weeks (in the case of companies)
     ✓ Attendance of the license holder

Required Documents
     ✓ Original Department of Economic Development and Chamber license (if valid)
     ✓ Establishment Cancellation Letter from the Ministry of Labour
     ✓ Disclaimer from the owner of the property (in case it is less than a year before the expiration of the license)
     ✓ Partnership Dissolution Contract certified by the Notary Public present at the Department
