Company Capital Amendment

This service allows you to submit a request to amend the capital of the company through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1. Fill out the application form at the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah
2. Submit the required documents
3. Pay the fee
4. Collect the new license 

Requirements and Conditions 
     ✓ An announcement should be published in one of the official newspapers for one day through the Department of Economic Development (in the case of reduction of the capital)

Required Documents
     ✓ Original Department of Economic Development and Chamber license (if valid)
     ✓ Original Certificate of Capital Deposit issued by a bank operating in the UAE or a report from an accredited auditor
     ✓ Memorandum of Association Annex indicating the change of capital certified by the Notary Public
     ✓ Board of Directors’ decision to amend the capital
     ✓ Memorandum of Association Annex (after amendment) certified by the Ministry of Economy (through the typing centers at the Department of Economic Development)
