This service allows you to submit a request to change the Director through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1. Fill out the application form at the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah
2. Submit the required documents
3. Pay the fee
4. Collect the new license 

Requirements and Conditions 
     ✓ If the Director is an expatriate, his Residency Visa must be sponsored by the same enterprise

Required Documents
     ✓ Original Department of Economic Development and Chamber license (if valid)
     ✓ Copy of the new Director’s passport (if not a licensed partner)
     ✓ Main company’s Board of Directors’ decision and authorization of new Director
     ✓ Approval from other governmental bodies (if required)
     ✓ No Objection Certificate from the sponsor certified by the Chamber of Commerce (if required)
     ✓ Memorandum of Association Annex certified by the Notary Public (for companies)
     ✓ Memorandum of Association Annex (after amendment) certified by the Ministry of Economy (through the typing centers at the Department of Economic Development)
