Adding or Removing a Partner

This service allows you to submit a request to add or remove a partner for all company legal forms through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1. Fill out the application form at the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah
2. Submit the required documents
3. Pay the fee
4. Collect the new license 

Required Documents
✓ Original Department of Economic Development and Chamber License (if valid)
✓ Copies of the new partner/partners ‘ Passport and ID card for citizens, with residency details for expatriates
✓ Approval from governmental bodies on the addition of the new partner/partners (if required)
✓ Partner Interest Transfer Agreement certified by the Notary Public (in the case of the removal of a partner)
✓ No Objection Certificate for expatriate partners certified by the Chamber of Commerce
✓ Memorandum of Association Annex for the removal/addition of a partner/partners certified by the Notary Public present at the Department
✓ The Annex (after amendment) certified by the Ministry of Economy (through the typing centers at the Department of Economic Development)

Requirements and Conditions 
An announcement should be published in one of the official newspapers for one day through the Department of Economic Development
