About Department

The National HR Development & Employment Authority (Tanmia) works on increasing the participation and competitiveness of national human resources in the labour market through enhancing their skills and competencies, as well as providing them with adequate career guidance relevant to different labour market sectors.

Tanmia develops the capabilities and competencies of the national workforce and guides them professionally in accordance with the requirements of the current and future labour market. The Authority also finds positions for job seekers according to the employment market’s needs. It provides information, accurate data and innovative solutions in the field of promoting nationalisation and the development of relevant policies, and it ensures the provision of all administrative services in accordance with the standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.
