About Department

The General Resources Authority in Ras Al Khaimah was established by Amiri Decree No. (6) for the year 2015. According the Degree, the General Resources Authority is an independent authority in RAK Government which has its legal entity and aims to manage projects, companies and the investment institutions that have a supporting activity for the security works or what is under the same judgment of works, activities, authorizing and approving the issuance and renewal of business licenses applications for companies and institutions that practice the activity or wishing to establish a specialized investment projects in the field of the Authority or any works assigned by the Ruler.
