Create Declaration of Accommodation Request

The applicant acknowledgement that he/she is the sponsor for the accommodation

Step 1

Go to the official portal of RAK e Government and fill in the service form.

Step 2

Application shall be checked by the officer in charge for initial approval.

Step 3

Payment of applicable fees (online or at the cashier counter).

Step 4

Signatures of the applicant and the witnesses before the officer in charge, then testify before the certification judge and collect the required certification.

Required Documents

  1. Copy of the Emirates ID for the applicant
  2. Copy of the Emirates ID for the witnesses
  3. Copy of a valid tenancy contract/ title deed, attested from municipality
  4. Presence of landlord in case of submitting Declaration of Accommodation not for parents.

Requirements

  1. The applicant must be UAE national or resident in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
  2. The Application shall not be processed without complete documents and appearance of witnesses.
  3. The applicant must pay the fees whether online or at the cashier counter within 24 hours from approval, otherwise the Application becomes automatically void.
