E-Appeal Registration

Electronic Service that enables the sentenced person to Appeal against the Judgment issued in a criminal case from the first instance Court

Login as a registered user on RAK.ae, or use the service directly as unregistered user by clicking on "Start Service".

Enter case number, year and case type

Step 3

Identification of Parties

Step 4

Attaching required attachments

Step 5

Add notes (optional)

Step 6

Fixing of fees

Step 7

Review all entered data

Step 8

Completing the payment of fees

Service Fees

  1. The case fee 500 dirhams
  2. The application fee AED 20

Required Documents

  1. Copy of the power of attorney for lawyers.
  2. Copy of Emirates ID
  3. Appeal file if found
  4. Copy of the Judgment
  5. Incase sentenced is imprisoned, a certificate of it shall be attached so he can be called from the prison.
