Arrangement(FARZ) Request

Is a service to change the original property that affected by new planning to sup parcels after Subtract Government Percentage 50% to able use it according to the new planning  

Step 1

Sign in using portal account

Step 2

Submit Site Plan request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fees

Step 4

Coordinator will review and validate the entered Data and attached Documents

Step 5

Upon approval, Site Plan will be generated, and sent to customer email after paying required fees , where he can download the e-Site Plan

200 AED Surveyor Fees

(depend to LU & AREA of plot ) AED Site Plan Fees

All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.

 

  1. Registration

Individuals Registration is as the following:   

  • Create Account on E-Service Portal using Smart Pass/UAE Pass
  • Scan your EID and your fingerprint in MBME machine (Must have a valid EID during registration).  

Representative Registration is as the following:

  • Apply on Update Business Partner Information Service.
  • Attach ID, Representative Card and Authorization Letter.

 

  1. Submit the required documents to start the service

 

Processing Time

12 working days, 2-4 weeks departmental actions and approvals, 1 month Public works approval if required approximately 2 months total.

Required Documents

1. formal letter from the Costumer with Managerial Order.
2. Copy of Original Site Plan
3. Copy of Title Deed
4. Valid Title Deed Validity Certificate
5. Copy of Owner ID
6. Authorization document in case applicant is not owner
