Add a building or facilities on property

This service allows the owners to issue renewed ownership after built-up ( adding a new facilities ) based on the completion certificate

Step 1

Sign up using portal account

Step 2

Submit Add a building or facilities on property request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay requested fee.

Step 4

The concerned department will review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Upon approval, Title deed will be issued -The owner will be notified via email or he can receive the original one from municipality (the customer happiness center )

Add building to a vacant land

(If 1 building )

Add investment to a vacant land


Each unit or office or shop

2000 AED 


Add manufacturing on a vacant land( if 1 building )


Service Conditions

All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.

In case of owner death : its required to submit legacy document \ power of attorney – if available \ personal documents ( ID’s) for all  inheritors
