Parcel Additional Area Request (Allotted – Grant)
This service used to make addition to Parcel or Property on the Master Plan
Sign Up using E-Service Portal Account
Submit request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents
Pay request fees
Coordinator will review and validate the entered Data and attached Documents
The concerned section will Review the request and take a decision
In case of approval the customer will submit: a. approved NOC from Utilities Departments b. In case of NOC approvals, addition estimation will be provided to be paid by the Applicant c. Upon Final Approval, requested Document will be generated and sent to customer email, where he/she can download the electronic copy
If it rejected will sent a SMS or Email to Customer.
- Initial Fees: 100 AED
- Surveyor Fees: 200 AED (Will be applicable if required based on Request Process Flow)
- Final Fees (Pricing Fees): 200 AED in addition to dynamic value based on concerned committee decision.
All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.
