Request for User Link to Importer Code

Main purpose of this service is verifying portal users’ accounts by linking them with importer code in order to start using RAK Customs Eservices.

Step 1

Login as a registered user and click the service link from home page.

Step 2

Enter importer code and other required fields and submit the form.

Step 3

You will receive SMS / mail confirmation in case your request was either approved or rejected, you can also go to “My Request” for tracking your request.
