Through “My Requests” you can track the requests that have been submitted through RAK Customs Department Portal or check your saved drafts.

Step 1

Login as a registered user and click the service link from home page.

Step 2

You can set filter options like range of dates or type of requests for example.

Click on the reference number to view the request.
