Real Estate Sale Contract Registration
This service allows customers to register the sale and purchase (Total or Partial) of properties .Number of procedures for this service is one, and number of internal steps are the following:
Sign up using portal account
Submit register sales contract request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents
Present at municipality for singing sales contract
Pay requested fee.
The concerned department will review the request and take a decision.
Upon approval, Title deed will be issued.

Service Conditions
All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.
The seller should be an adult, if not a letter from court for minors affairs must be brought to transact.
